This 36" wide counter height glass display unit is ideal for presenting doughnuts, muffins, rolls, bagels, and other baked treats in order to draw customers' attention. The NCBK36 comes with a stainless steel and glass construction, 4 glass sides for perfect viewing from any angle, and standard LED illumination to attract attention to what's on sales.

The 2 shelves each hold full size sheet pans in either orientation with room to spare, and the base of the unit can also be used to show off your product. The top features an 8" stainless steel work surface at the back. Sliding rear glass doors with optional mirroring allow for easy access and cleaning. 5" optional pre-installed casters (wheels) are available. The NCBK pastry case is a functional and attractive addition to any bakery, pastry shop, diner, or cafe.

The powerful forced-air refrigeration system holds the storage cabinet at a constant temperature. Evaporator fans and a newly designed louver allows uniform distribution of cold air. "Tecumseh" compressor provides high energy for this units perfect performance. NCBK models and designed to operate in an environment where temperature and humidity do not exceed 75F and 65% humidity.

Labor warranty services are restricted to the five boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx,
Manhattan, and Staten Island). This warranty does not cover service in Long Island, Upstate New York,
or any other locations.
