To reduce necessary footprint, the Blodgett 1060DOUBLE NG deck-type pizza oven has a two-deck configuration, measuring 78116 inches wide by 45516 inches deep by 6558 inches high. Both cooking compartments are full size, suiting high-traffic pizza kitchens. Operators can insert and remove pizzas with ease using the spring-assisted doors' heavy tubular steel handles to open and close the doors smoothly. Built to withstand industrial use, this stainless steel oven resists corrosion, rust, and impacts from daily use, while its full angle iron frame adds rigidity. Users can clean beneath this unit because it's lifted on 12-inch-high stainless steel legs.

The Blodgett 1060DOUBLE NG deck-type pizza oven is powered by natural gas and uses two free-floating duplex-tube burners to circulate heat within the cooking compartment evenly. Users can adjust temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit with the snap-throttle thermostat for each deck. As the doors are opened for loading and retrieval, integrated vitreous fiber insulation maintains the original temperatures, which can help reduce lag time as the system reheats. Each compartment includes a Quick Heat Technology (QHT) Rokite deck that absorbs moisture and transfers heat uniformly to create crispy crusts.
